〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕天氣不穩！而且，可能又有颱風在周末要影響台灣，輕度颱風菲特 (編號第 23 號，國際命名 FITOW) 目前路徑偏西，朝台灣東部外海接近，且不排除發展成中度颱風，最快的話，可能在明天深夜就會發布海上颱風警報。
