〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕胖達人母公司基因國際股東涉嫌炒股，也引發外界關注借殻上市的管理問題。金管會主委曾銘示3日在立法院財委會就表示，由於借殼上市行為已發生一些弊端，金管會正進行檢討，會提出新的規範措施。
