〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕公安塘沽分局北塘派出所民警辛欣又來到馨宇家園小區，看望將近百歲的台胞陳鴻珍老人。從2012年年初成為社區民警，並在第一次入戶時了解到老人的情況後，這個剛滿25歲的年輕人就在工作記錄裡寫到「重點照顧，多去看望」。通過一年多的接觸，辛欣已經成了老人的親人和朋友。
