〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕聚陽與南紡宣布結盟，為建立成衣供應鏈的垂直整合製造能力，聚陽3日由旗下轉投資公司與台南紡織(越南)共同簽訂「南方紡織」股權買賣合約，預計投資899萬美元(約2.7億元)，雙方將成為策略合作夥伴，各持有南方紡織50%股權。
