〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕板橋警分局尋人高手王閔南日前在警政署知識系統內資料清查，發現1名年約百歲且患有精神耗弱身分不明老婦，於86年12月間離家後，遭人發現輾轉送至高雄市旗山區龍華康復之家照顧近20年，卻怎都沒家人尋找，於是逐筆比對相關協尋人口資料，利用各項協尋及警署網路資料中細心比對，發現該老婦確實是其在88年12月間在台南市第三分局通報協尋個案對象相符，經聯繫其家人鄭姓孫女前往指認，確認該老婦是失蹤將近20年的奶奶無誤。
