〔記者王榮貴／新竹報導〕台大醫院新竹分院小兒外科黃元惠醫師表示，日前收治一位臍膨出的新生兒，此疾病在台灣已經很罕見，上一次該院收治這類病患是15年前，主要原因是出生率下降及產前超音波檢查發達，發現後多數媽媽會選擇人工流產。
