〔記者簡怡欣／台北報導〕為了讓國小老師能掌握學生學習情形，及時進行補救教學。台北市今(8)日針對國小生的國、英、數主科進行能力測驗，首度將測驗時間調整為小學5年級生辦理基本學力檢測，希望能了解國小生的學習吸收狀況，以減少學習落差情況。
