〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕為了大故宮計畫，國立故宮博物院今(9)日到立法院提出大故宮新台幣8780萬元「大故宮預算解凍專案報告」，經審查後決議通過，解凍大故宮計畫8780萬元中的概念設計所需3000萬元，但其解凍的金額不得支用於大故宮的工程經費，其餘的預算必須等到「環境評估」通過後解凍。
