〔社會中心／綜合報導〕昨（8）日晚間有40多名學生，為表達對執政黨不滿，在總統府前高舉標語，吶喊口號「馬吳江下台，人民除三害」，但因為沒有事先申請，遭警方驅離，學生則表示會在國慶日當天，前進凱道，要求馬吳江下台。警政署長王卓鈞說，國慶典禮警力會比去年少，讓陳情民眾可表達意見，但應避免和警方發生衝突，警方也會依法行政。
