〔社會中心／綜合報導〕總統府前副祕書長陳哲男被控司法黃牛案，11年前因承諾前新偕中建設董事長梁柏薰免除官司紛爭，並先後詐騙600萬元，高等法院更一審以詐欺罪將陳哲男從一審的12年改判7個月，經最高法院發回更審後，今（9）日高院更二審改判8年徒刑，全案仍可上訴。
