〔國際中心／綜合報導〕倫敦大學學院（UCL）最新研究顯示，就寢時間固定與孩童表現有關。培養孩童固定時間就寢，對於平日表現較良好，若長期不定時就寢，會打亂自然生理運作，可能導致睡眠剝奪，進而影響孩童大腦發育以及行為表現。
