〔記者簡怡欣／台北報導〕參加歡樂螢光路跑卻淪成落湯雞，不但動線亂混亂，螢光棒的品質不佳更讓活動一點也不「螢光」，承諾給購票民眾的VIP贈品也延期發放，搞得參加螢光路跑的民眾大喊退費；消基會對此提醒，如果就主辦單位的動線規畫、贈品品質不善要求退費恐求償無門。
