〔社會中心／台北報導〕監聽就竟是否有正當性？日前特偵組涉嫌違法監聽國會總機，朝野立委同聲抨擊；調查局在上周破獲一起近20年來最大的海洛因毒品案，法務部長羅瑩雪15日前往市調處獎勵緝毒人員。她表示該案能破獲，是經過3年的監聽才能順利完成，因此認為監聽乃必要之惡仍有其必要性，但卻不仍浮濫。
