〔記者邱明玉／台北報導〕針對媒體報導，特偵組在2007年曾監聽到無盟立委高金素梅，與現任內政部長李鴻源不倫戀的情話綿綿，民進黨立委林佳龍與高志鵬今（16）日舉行記者會表示，立委有可能被情治單位，拿這樣的監聽資料脅迫去反對倒閣案，影響民主運作，他們要求立刻修法，終結違憲監聽。
