〔記者李文生／台南報導〕台南市第13區獅子會主席黃松水，結合各分會獅兄、獅姊，共同捐款20萬元，分別捐給北台南家扶、瑞復益智中心、蘆葦啟智中心及創世基金會等單位，每單位5萬元，期能藉此引發社會共鳴，讓更多的弱勢者獲得援手。
