〔記者林重鎣／台中報導〕為推廣環境保育觀念，台灣高鐵公司與國際珍古德教育及保育協會合作舉辦「珍愛台灣寶貝」系列活動，自10月19日（六）起至12月20日（五）止 ，邀請民眾畫出心中最喜愛的台灣野生動物。投稿獲選者，即可得到2張高鐵標準車廂對號座免費乘車票兌換券；高鐵公司並將於10月19日（六）在高鐵台中站，由國際珍古德協會之「根與芽小組」學童，以可愛的青蛙裝扮發送「珍愛台灣寶貝」明信片，邀請旅客與台灣高鐵一起愛護土地、關懷自然，歡迎踴躍索取。
