〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕國內1年查獲毒品達40億元，其中有10億是緝毒犬破獲，不過，國民黨立委盧秀燕31日在立法院財委會指出，緝毒犬伙食、訓練等預算每年縮減，「要狗兒好，卻不給狗兒吃糧」，她質問財政部長張盛和、關務署長王亮等人，到底是誰砍了狗狗預算？誰虐待動物？張盛和則表示，「緝毒犬是國家重要資產，不會砍啦」。
