〔記者胡健森／綜合報導〕國民黨10日將召開19全會，會中可能將通過包括黨主席由總統兼任、全代會由兩年召開1次改為每年召開、中常委任期由1年延長為兩年等3項黨內重大黨章修正案，黨主席馬英九也將在下午主持中常會時宣示修改黨章的方向。
