〔記者范文濱、袁慧心╱桃園報導〕針對桃園水資源處理中心，因施工路段未辦理徵收只付償金，引發民眾不滿造成停工，縣議員黃智銘縣政總質詢中指出，要求水務局應儘速處理，以免影響水資源處理中心未來的運作時程。桃園市中路重劃區內3座加油站用地，無端遭徵收差額地價費，引起民怨，也建議吳志揚縣長重新審慎研議。吳志揚縣長當場指示地政局、地方稅務局、工商發展局和城鄉發展局等縣府相關局處，針對加油站的地價評議、稅率解釋、營業項目和土地使用等方面，進行了解並給予協助。
