騎車載友人車禍受傷　男判賠32萬

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市郭姓建築工人去年10月騎機車載陳姓同事，行經清水區臨海路時，因不當左轉進入港埠路，遭直行臨海路的小客車撞上，陳婦受傷多處骨折，無法再從事清潔工作，提告要求郭男賠償57萬餘元。

郭男辯稱，是陳婦要求載她，受傷不應要求賠償，也否認有肇事責任，台中地院認為，郭男不當左轉要負全部責任，陳婦因受傷，半年無法工作，判郭男賠償醫藥費、看護費、工作損失和精神慰撫金共32萬餘元。
