闖空門躲頂樓 賊瞎掰：看鴿子

〔自由時報記者彭健禮／苗栗報導〕新竹縣竹東鎮33歲男子楊文政，涉嫌潛入苗栗縣頭份鎮的民宅行竊，被屋主發現報警，躲到頂樓，無路可逃。面對警方盤問時，明明頂樓沒有鴿舍，他竟瞎掰「上樓看鴿子！」

警方調查，楊文政15日下午騎偷來的機車，到頭份鎮市區伺機闖空門，先翻牆進入吳姓住戶後院，嘗試開門入內未成，隨後翻越圍籬到隔壁，趁屋主疏忽，鐵捲門沒上鎖，拉起鐵門入內。吳姓住戶發現後報警，警方趕到後逐層搜索，發現楊男躲藏在3樓樓頂。

警方調查，被害人家中2樓房間都被翻箱倒櫃，屋主清點損失5000元，楊男坦承竊得5000元，但否認褲袋被搜出的2只黃金戒指及2萬6000多元現金也是偷來的，卻無法交代來源，被警方依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
