男子遭酒駕攔查　尿遁被逮譙警送辦

【呂健豪／新北報導】新北市1名34歲李姓男子，昨天晚間10時許，騎乘機車在新店中正路與三民路口遭巡邏員警攔查，起初李男坦承酒駕，隨後以上廁所為由，趁警員不注意之際騎機車「尿遁」，警方因擔心追趕發生意外，便尾隨在後，等李男停車後上前逮捕。

豈料李男竟矢口否認酒駕，又不配合酒測並辱罵警員「X你老師」，警方按規定將其帶往醫院強制抽血，換算酒精濃度為0.17毫克，雖未超過標準，但因辱罵警方，被依妨害公務罪嫌移送法辦。
