大華證凱基證6/22合併

開發金控（2883）今天宣布，旗下兩家證券子公司凱基證券和大華證券的合併基準日，暫定為今年6月22日。

合併後凱基證券為存續公司，公司名稱仍維持為凱基證券。未來將結合開發工銀在大中華地區與產業的緊密關係、創業投資及私募股權投資的領導地位及強大的財務資源，持續強化凱基證券於經紀、債券、投資銀行及新金融商品等業務的發展，打造凱基證券成為大中華區最好的證券公司。
