馬英九總統9日晚間發表除夕談話，強調世界經濟已經露出復甦曙光，台灣景氣也開始緩緩好轉。新的一年，他一願台灣產業升級、人人有工作，二願社會和諧安定、互助合作，三願全民充滿朝氣、相互激勵，共同迎向新挑戰。
