〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕去年來干擾台股的重要因素證所稅出現轉折，國民黨立院黨團證所稅檢討小組確定設算制8500點天險將取消，激勵台股16日上漲，資深投資人阿土伯（李金土）看好台股未來可望攻上9000點之上，他更強調，要給總統馬英九拍手，因為馬總統知過能改。
