　台灣漁民遭菲律賓公務船擊斃一案，菲國特使在台灣沒見到外交部長和死者家屬，已搭機返國。台灣今天派出驅逐艦、巡防艦和四艘海岸巡防署船艦到菲律賓巴丹島以西21海里處護漁操演。
