〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕台漁船遭菲襲擊案，我方所提的4項要求，最終僅「迅速展開台菲漁業會談」一項，獲得菲國的具體回應。但有外交官員私下評估，這項要求表面看似我方得利，實際上見仁見智，未來若真的簽署協議，我方漁民受到的影響可能更大。
