〔記者莊雨琳／台北報導〕由於滯留鋒面影響，中央氣象局今(22)晨發布豪雨特報，提醒恐有局部大雨或豪雨發生，此外，外島的金門和馬祖地區，清晨也出現局部濃霧，能見度不到100公尺。
