怪風吹垮鷹架及路樹 南市傳災情

天氣不穩定，台南地區下午起風雲變色，短短一個小時內傳出兩起災情，新營一處工地鷹架倒塌，兩名工人傷重不治，還有路樹被吹倒，殃及停放路旁的汽車，幸好當時車內無人。
