公務員酒駕肇事 最重兩大過免職

公務員酒駕甚至肇事的案件引發社會關注，閣揆江宜樺下令訂定統一的嚴懲標準，人事行政總處宣布，公務員如果酒駕，將給予記過到1大過處分，如果肇事，則將依情節最重處以兩大過免職的處分。人事總處並指出，軍警單位已經針對酒駕行為的主管監督責任明訂罰則，各機關可以參酌辦理；或者可以依照公務員考績法等規定，對主管人員給予懲處。
