台新金併彰銀有譜了嗎？！彰銀今天召開常務董事會，台新金派任代表董事長陳淮舟提案「成立與台新金整併研究小組」，儘管公股代表的彰銀總經理唐楚烈、獨立董事梁國源都提反對意見，但台新金憑藉多數席次優勢，仍照案通過。對此，財政部重申反對，並且表示，會注意股價波動。
