〔記者賴淑禎／台中報導〕立法院三讀通過公債法，為臺中市的週轉金解套，進而讓市政更起飛，市長胡志強在市政總質詢中表示，一定審慎運用這些錢，不會亂借錢變成債務，並強調舉債有兩個原則，一是民眾急需的建設，二是建設下去會賺錢的。
