台灣青啤公司想以「青啤」當商標，5年前申請註冊，遭經濟部智慧財產局拒絕，提起行政訴訟。最高行政法院認為，「青啤」的台語有「生啤酒」之意，容易誤導消費者該公司生產的酒類都是生啤酒，1日判台灣青啤敗訴，全案定讞。 《詳全文...》
