徐姓男子2012年6月，委託母親在台中市南屯區文山三街購屋，8月就委託房仲公司賣屋，9月成交，不到3個月就出售，因此被國稅局追繳奢侈稅。他認為高姓代書及房仲業者未提醒，而提出損害賠償的告訴，但台中地方法院判男子敗訴。《詳全文...》
