【綜合報導】根據美國聯邦調查局（Federal Bureau of Investigation，FBI）的新聞稿證實，今年5月涉嫌將將大規模毀滅性武器（Weapons of Mass Destruction，WMD）運往北韓而被美國檢方起訴的台籍蔡姓父子，當時在愛沙尼亞落網的父親蔡顯泰（Alex Tsai）已確定將被愛沙尼亞引渡回美國。
 
蔡顯泰與兒子蔡越勳（音譯，Yueh-Hsun Tsai，又名Gary Tsai）涉嫌利用設立新公司，將大規模毀滅性武器相關設備運送到北韓，2009年被美國政府列為不得交易的黑名單，今年5月蔡顯泰在愛沙尼亞被捕，同日蔡越勳在美國芝加哥落網。蔡顯泰被引渡回美之後，父子合計預料將面臨最多45年的徒刑。
