〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕勞委會傳出以經濟景氣因素不調漲明年基本工資，還打算退出審議會議，改由「第三方公正人士」裁決薪資調整。國民黨立委楊麗環今（3）日表示，最後決定權是由政府與執政黨負責，所以勞委會還是應負責；廖正井也批評，勞委會每次整薪資都搞得裡外不是人，所以「最大理由是想推卸責任」。
