建商拓展海外 中國大城市獵地

【張菱育／台北報導】為拓展事業體系，國內部分建商及房仲業者紛紛投資海外市場，其中又以中國最為熱絡，建商還是要以獵地為主要目標。 宏璟建設董事長曾元一表示，因中國會反對台灣建商在當地蓋房，因此公司會先以大型開發案的營建管理方式進駐，再慢慢拓展事業範圍，最後還是要以買地為主要目標，鎖定大城市像是上海周邊獵地。除中國市場外，不排除考慮越南、印度、泰國等地區獵地。
