〔生活中心／綜合報導〕封閉了三十年的邊間採光原只屬於特定空間，杰瑪設計重新分野出二加一房，讓光線集中於客廳與書房，也穿越為增進互動規劃的廚房送餐口，串聯公共場域。窗邊的貓房亦利用原窗型冷氣孔洞，結合肉蹼造型的趣味設計，打造一條專屬的貓之通道，沿牆嵌入的跳台呼應公仔展示層架，貓與人的生活合而為一。
