〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕市府工務局為為使行動不便者，能夠安心的外食用餐，特要求今年起取得建照之新建餐廳，均要設置相關無障礙設施，並於明年起逐步展開清查，若未依法設置，除嚴格罰鍰新臺幣6萬元以上30萬元以下，必要時採斷水斷電或強制拆除。
