〔記者郭政隆／嘉義報導〕為防範青少年於暑假期間留戀網咖、PUB 、集體飆車等行為，嘉義市政府警察局積極規劃各項預防犯罪宣導活動，尤其針對青少年「飆車」問題，加強宣導飆車之危險性，避免發生最近「爸呼巴掌 少女怒飆車送二命」之人倫悲劇，更結合由嘉義市老爺建設董事長黃朝雲、陽明醫院院長謝景祥發起之「反酒駕同盟會」，讓酒駕殺人事件不再發生。
