〔記者逄緯喆／高雄報導〕國立中山大學跨校合作團隊的研究成果提供蝙蝠回聲定位叫聲演化新方向！自2010年起追蹤珍貴稀有保育類「台灣無尾葉鼻蝠」，發現其回聲定位叫聲迥異於近親類群，研究結果已刊登於國際學術期刊，打破以往回聲定位叫聲演化觀念，使回聲定位叫聲演化有多種可能性。
