〔實習記者王夢琪∕綜合報導〕據廣大興案死者洪石成的家人透露，菲律賓已經打算向洪家道歉，對此，馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處（MECO）理事主席培瑞茲（Amadeo Perez Jr.）回應：「我們一直都願意、也準備道歉」。
