〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕每一次經濟下滑，都是「國進民退」的好時節，但這一次，民營資本有望逆襲，成為「穩增長」的主角。大陸國家發改委發文《鼓勵引導民間投資發展啟動經濟發展內生動力》指出，2013年上半年，民間投資在一些重點行業領域的增速明顯加快，下一步將繼續深化改革，減少不必要的行政干預。
