〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕據BBC報導，日本核監管機構說，嚴重受損的福島核電站由於放射性地下水蓄積面臨新的緊急情況。監管機構警告說，一個用來阻擋放射水的隔離層出現破裂，受污染的水滲漏進太平洋的速度可能大大加快。
