（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北六日電）國防部軍事發言人羅紹和少將今天在國防部記者會中表示，國防部自八月五日起召集相關聯參，針對軍法改革等十三項「國軍改革人權保障作為」進行持續性的研討與進度管制，同時也誠摯的歡迎社會各界提供寶貴意見，使國軍的人權改革更臻周延。
