〔社會中心／綜合報導〕陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘遭虐死案，日前被交保的何江忠、徐信正跟范佐憲等3名軍士官，高等軍事檢查署抗告成功，今晚軍高院召開羈押庭，但據媒體報導指出，串證的最大角色竟爆出就是原542旅旅長沈威志，因為他曾召集三人模擬回答，也讓案情有向上發展的可能，同時連長徐信正也在庭上承認錯誤，不該送洪仲丘禁閉。
