【短片】漁船觸礁擱淺　2船搶救纜柱斷裂

【許逸民／澎湖報導】澎湖西嶼鄉外垵籍漁船財勝祥號，昨晚10時許出海作業時，在列名澎湖第三大危險海域的漁翁島燈塔南側西流處，疑因機件故障漂流，一旁友船拖救無效而擱淺觸礁坐底，船上4員均安。

由於擱淺漁船是在滿潮時不慎擱淺，離岸過近，以致搶救困難。因此，雖然一早便先以浮力帶包圍並試圖托起船身，同時利用近午滿潮時分，以2艘大型漁船繫纜加足馬力合力拖帶，但待救漁船只稍微晃動一下，就聽到一聲纜柱不堪拉力斷裂而失敗，只好等明天滿潮時再搶救。
