〔記者黃玿琮／台中報導〕台電大甲溪發電廠青山分廠在九年前遭敏督利颱風帶來的「七二水災」重創，於98年11月展開復建工程，經過1000多個日子，復建整體工程進度已過半，其中的尾水隧道7日舉辦貫通典禮；台電公司董事長黃重球讚稱施工人員是「山中的水牛」，盼在確保安全之下，能如期在104年完成復建商轉發電。
