狂犬病實驗犧牲狗狗　指揮中心：防疫必需

【張博亭／台北報導】狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心今表示，昨新增1例來自台中市和平區的鼬獾確診狂犬病，目前除83例鼬獾、1例錢鼠證實染病外，其餘動物皆未檢出。  

針對外界質疑農委會使用米格魯進行狂犬病實驗，指揮中心說明，目前疫情雖侷限於鼬獾，但基於防疫需要，有必要進一步了解狂犬病毒對其他動物感染力，尤其是犬隻，其相關研究計畫細節，將與專家仔細研商，會根據實驗動物3原則(替代、減量、精緻化)審慎規劃設計，以尊重生命及負責任的態度執行實驗流程。
