〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕餵母乳，竟是產後憂鬱的最大元兇？國內婦產科醫師觀察發現，親餵母乳雖然是好事一樁，卻有不少第一胎的新手媽咪，因為餵母乳不順、奶水不夠，照顧小孩的第一步就遭遇挫折，反成為引發產後憂鬱最常見的導火線，情緒低落、脾氣暴躁、失眠等，在月子中心一聽到要送嬰兒過來就如驚弓之鳥，哭的比寶寶還大聲。
